About this Service
I am an experienced CBT therapist and GP. I use a strong relationship, warmth and humour to support people in making changes in their lives. My approach involves a range of effective therapies including CBT, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
I currently offer remote CBT sessions via video or telephone. I am experienced at working with many different emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, worry, stress and burnout, trauma and PTSD, OCD, low self-esteem, anger, low mood, depression and insomnia, and for physical health problems including adjusting to physical illness, disability, cancer and coping with chronic pain and fatigue.
I am also an experienced GP with special interests in mental health and resilience, compassion and supporting a healthy lifestyle. Please contact me and I will be happy to discuss my approach and how I might work with you.
