About this Service

I am a psychotherapist and researcher passionate about improving therapy effectiveness. I provide treatment for mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, PTSD, OCD, and many others. I am the founder of the Restore Control Therapy Service (https://restorecontrol.co.uk) which I created to increase access to professional therapy for people in Leeds and surrounding areas (but also online).

The uncertainty of choosing a trustworthy therapist can be overwhelming. I am happy to take some time to discuss your difficulties or answer any of your questions. Please feel free to contact me by the most convenient way. You can call me, text me, or WhatsApp me on 07539438320 or email me on kuba@restorecontrol.co.uk Please visit my website and book your first session in less than 3 minutes www.restorecontrol.co.uk

My Approach: Everything that happens in the therapy room is shaped by experience and research. You leave the session with a new perspective and feel empowered to take control of your life. I won’t give you a ‘quick fix’, but support you in getting to the bottom of your problem & making your own meaningful decisions.

Therapy in Leeds or Therapy Online: I give you full control over your bookings via the online booking system available 24/7. You can choose the frequency of your therapy sessions. One-off sessions are also okay! Whether you prefer face-to-face therapy, online video therapy, or practical sessions in real life situations, the choice is yours.

Confidential Space: Individual therapy takes place in a modern and private therapy room based just a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute drive from Leeds city centre (with free on-site parking). You can receive online therapy via a secure video session if this better meets your needs.

My Qualifications: An eight year journey through higher education helped me become a qualified and accredited psychotherapist – accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Amongst my qualifications are a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Clinical & Health Psychology, PgCert and PgDip in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from reputable Universities such as the University of Manchester, the University of Sheffield, the University of Bradford in the UK, and Maastricht University in the Netherlands.

Experience: Having the experience of working in Leeds and Manchester at both low-intensity and high-intensity settings within NHS services I have worked with mental health problems of various origins and severity. I regularly take part in additional clinical training. Over the last four years I have pursued psychotherapy training in Method of Levels therapy (MOL) which shapes my current approach. It is grounded in a strong scientific theory and I find it to be the most natural and effective therapy. I am a qualified & accredited CBT therapist and regularly deliver CBT both in NHS and private settings. I have observed many people benefit from CBT. My approach to therapy with you will be tailored to your needs.
