Relevant experience:

I have been practicing CBT since 1994, initially in a forensic setting and from 2000 to 2009 in Social and Health care.

For the past 10 years I have been practicing independently with Equanimity CBT Ltd, providing a CBT service for: Ofsted registered children’s homes, The NHS and adults and young people with mental health problems. I am an approved CBT provider with the main private health insurance companies.
