About this Service
So, what’s it like to work with me? I really enjoy assisting people move from struggle to strength, with practical, encouraging and down to earth teamwork! My approach is based on the most effective practices and techniques that I’ve fine-tuned through 20 years’ experience, continuous training, research geekiness, and feedback from all my inspiring, courageous clients. Enabling people live their lives with empowerment, freedom, connection and wellbeing is something I’m passionate about!
Whatever you’re struggling with, I can help you: respond to challenges constructively and creatively; heal from hurt, trauma or loss; build greater confidence, clarity of direction and practical success; and enhance the way you relate to yourself and other people. A key aspect is learning to handle difficult thoughts and feelings, quickly spot and step out of unhelpful patterns before they escalate in vicious circles, and take concrete action that’s most likely to make a valuable difference to your life.
You’ll find teamwork with me to be tailored to YOU and really suportive to your unique development, as well as surprisingly fun I hope! I can teach you a broad range of super-useful skills, and how to realistically apply them even in the toughest of situations. One of my key aims is to help my clients develop the resources to handle life’s complexity, uncertainty, and bitter-sweetness with more resilience. We can also create a “quick access tool kit” for use with specific triggers and pressures, so you can maintain positive change for the long game.
You’re welcome to take advantage of a free 30 min phone consultation. Being open is key to the way I work, so you’re welcome to ask any questions that will help you find a good therapy match.
